Can I return a bike?

If the bike significantly differs from the description of the ad, you can return the bike and receive a refund. The return process usually takes between 5-10 business days. Please note: a correctly stated but mismatched size is not a valid reason for a return. If the bike has minor undisclosed defects that are easy to repair, we’ll cover the repair costs. Return requests and repair requests must be submitted to us through the Return Form within 48 hours of receiving the bike, along with photos of the defects.
