Before buying a bike, it’s important to know your height and inseam (in centimeters). Here’s a simple way to measure your inseam using the 3-step book method:
- Take off your shoes.
- Place a book vertically between your legs, pressing it up into your crotch. This simulates the saddle (or seat) of a bike.
- Use a tape measure to find the distance from the soles of your feet to the top of the book.
