Creating a listing for a custom bike
If your bike doesn’t match any existing model templates, follow these steps:
- Select "No match? Click to enter your model manually" in the first step when creating your listing. This will open a blank template where you can add all the details for your custom bike.
- Provide detailed and accurate component information. Transparency is key. Buyers will inspect the bike upon arrival, so a clear and honest description of all components helps ensure a smooth transaction.
- Set your price. Pricing recommendations are not available for custom bikes, but you can find tips here: How much is my bike worth?.
- Brand not listed? If your bike’s brand is missing, you can request it here.
Adjusting components for standard templates
If your bike matches a standard template but you need to adjust certain components:
- Edit components during listing creation. Use the Edit components section when setting up your listing.
- Modify components after posting. Once your listing is live, you can edit it anytime. Just go to Listings in your profile, select the bike, and update the details.
An accurate listing attracts the right buyers and ensures a smooth selling experience.
