Sometimes plans change—or the courier just doesn’t show up. Don’t worry, rescheduling your pickup is easy.
There are two ways to go about it, depending on what happened:
- You want to reschedule before the pickup happens
- The courier already came, but the pickup was missed
We’ll walk you through both below.
Rescheduling before the pickup date
Need to change the date ahead of time? No problem!

Contact us via our help desk.

Please reach out at least 3 business days before your scheduled pickup.
This gives us time to inform the shipping company and update the plan.
We’ll do our best to match your new preferred date.
After a missed pickup
If the courier didn’t show up or you missed the pickup, you can easily book a new one.
- Go to your buycycle profile.
- Open your sale and choose a new pickup date within 5 business days of the original pickup.

We can’t guarantee specific time slots, so pick a day when someone will definitely be home.
