missed pickups & rescheduling

Sometimes plans change—or the courier just doesn’t show up. Don’t worry, rescheduling your pickup is easy.

There are two ways to go about it, depending on what happened:

  • You want to reschedule before the pickup happens
  • The courier already came, but the pickup was missed

We’ll walk you through both below.


Rescheduling before the pickup date

Need to change the date ahead of time? No problem!

  • Contact us via our help desk.

  • Please reach out at least 3 business days before your scheduled pickup.

    This gives us time to inform the shipping company and update the plan.

We’ll do our best to match your new preferred date.


After a missed pickup

If the courier didn’t show up or you missed the pickup, you can easily book a new one.

  • Go to your buycycle profile.
  • Open your sale and choose a new pickup date within 5 business days of the original pickup.

Can’t rebook in your profile? Just let us know via our help desk—we’re here to help.

Heads-up:

We can’t guarantee specific time slots, so pick a day when someone will definitely be home.
