How do offers work?

To view your offers and counter offers, visit your Inbox in your buycycle account. Buyers can make offers on any listing in our marketplace.

What should you do when you receive a counter offer as a Seller?

When you receive a counter offer, it’s best to act quickly.

Accept the Counter Offer: If you accept the counter offer, the bike will be reserved for the buyer for one hour. The buyer has one hour to purchase the bike at the agreed-upon price. If the buyer completes the purchase, you will receive a final sales confirmation, which you need to accept. Please note that accepting a counter offer is not a final sales contract.

Send a Counter Offer: If you don't agree with the buyer's offer, you can send a new counter offer. The buyer will then need to respond. If the buyer accepts your counter offer and purchases the bike at your price, we’ll notify you to accept the sale in the Sales Section of your profile.

Start a Conversation: If you've received a counter offer from a potential buyer but need to clarify a few details first before accepting the offer, it's a great time to start a chat and discuss!

Please Note: Price negotiations are not binding. Accepting an offer does not finalize the sale. Once a sale is finalized, you’ll receive an email notification, and the Orders or Sales sections in your buycycle profile will be updated accordingly.
