How do I verify my payment details with Adyen?

Your payment details are verified through Adyen.
Adyen is our third party payment provider and offers secure transactions globally.

Why do we ask you to verify your payment details?

We’re legally obligated to verify all sellers on our marketplace. This ensures that payments between buyers and sellers can't be used for illegal purposes.

Payment without verification is not possible. Please familiarize yourself with our payment and verification model prior to accepting the sale.

What information is needed?

It depends on the total payout amount from your sale.

€0 - €1,000: 

• Personal details: First & last name, birthday, email, phone number, home address, country of residence.
• Verify your bank account (3 options):
  
  • IBAN (instant)
  • Link your bank's mobile app or website (instant)
  • Scan & upload a bank statement (may take hours or days)

€1,000 to €5,000:  

• Personal details
• Verify your bank account 
• Government issued ID (passport, identity card, or driver's license)
• Agree to Adyen Terms of Service

€5,000 or more: 

• Personal details
• Verify your bank account (2 options):   
  
  • Bank app or bank website
  • Scanned bank statement
• Government issued ID card
• Agree to Adyen Terms of Service

 

 

How to use your IBAN to verify your bank account:

Choose the "Provide account details" option

Enter your name and IBAN and click "Save and go to overview"

Done!
