Where do I find my shipping label?

Your shipping label will be available  one day before your bike is picked up by the shipping company.

Find it in your profile under Sales. Navigate to Step: Pack the bike.

Then do the following:

• Upload 1 photo of unpacked bike next to the packaging
• Upload 2 photos of packed bike (left side, right side)

Securely attach the label to the bike box.

Before shipping, ensure all old transport labels/barcodes and/or hazardous material stickers are removed and the current label is clearly visible.
