Your shipping label will be available latest one day before pickup.
You’ll find it in your profile under Sales, in Step: Pack the bike.
Here’s what to do next:
- Upload 1 photo of the unpacked bike next to the packaging
- Upload 2 photos of the packed bike (left side and right side)
- Attach the label securely to the outside of the box
Before shipping, remove all old labels, barcodes, or hazardous material stickers. Make sure the current label is clearly visible.
Bike parts & accessories
Your label will be available right after you confirm the sale.
Attach it securely to the box and drop the parcel off within the next 7 days at the correct logistics center listed on the label.
