If the shipping company didn't arrive, or you were unable to meet the courier, message us with a new pick up date that works for you.
The pick up date should be at least 3 business days from today, Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm.
We'll confirm and book the new date for you.
Keep in mind, we can’t offer custom time frames, so choose a date when you are sure someone will be at home.
