If the seller doesn’t confirm your order within 24 hours, don’t worry—it’ll be automatically declined. It can take up to 48 hours for the system to finalize the cancellation, so you might not see an update immediately after the 24-hour window.

Once declined:

  • Your payment will be released if it was only temporarily authorized
  • Or refunded if your payment method was already charged

Temporary authorizations

If you paid with a credit card, the amount was only temporarily authorized. That means no money actually left your account. Once the order is declined, the hold will be released automatically—no refund needed.


Refund timeline

If your card or account was charged, we’ll issue the refund as soon as the order is declined. It might take 2–3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
