What happens after I accept a sale?

Once you accept a sale, you’ll be guided through the next steps in your buycycle profile. The buyer has already paid for your bike, and the payment is secure. Here’s what happens next:

1. Verify your payment details: Verify your payment details with our payment provider. Learn more about how verify here.
2. Get your packaging: If you’ve ordered packaging, it will be sent to your address. Track the packaging status in your profile. You can also choose to use your own packaging.
3. Pack the bike: Follow our packing guide to safely pack your bike. Don’t forget to upload photos of the packed bike to receive your shipping label.
4. Get the shipping label: Your shipping label will be available one day before the scheduled pickup date.
5. Bike pickup: The bike will be picked up by our carrier on the scheduled pickup date.
6. Get paid: Your payment will be released once the buyer has confirmed the condition of the bike.
