Claim Deadline
Buyers have 48 hours after delivery to report any issues. After that, you’re no longer responsible for problems with the bike.

First step: Find a solution together
If a claim is submitted, you and the buyer have 5 days to sort things out directly—whether that’s a return, refund, or repair.

If no agreement is reached in that time, buycycle will carefully review the case and help decide the next steps.
