shipping bike parts & accessories

Shipping bike parts with buycycle is quick and easy. Here's how it works:

  1. Choose your packaging

When you confirm the sale, you’ll need to prepare your own packaging. buycycle doesn’t provide boxes for parts or accessories. Make sure your box fits the size.

Use a sturdy, undamaged box that fits your item and matches the size recommendation shown in your sale overview.

  2. Pack your item safely

Good packaging protects your part during transport. Here’s how to do it right:

    • Use filler material (like foam or bubble wrap) to cushion the item.
    • Place small or hydraulic parts (like calipers or brake levers) in zip-lock bags to avoid leaks.
    • Greasy components should also go in sealed bags to prevent oil stains.
    • Pack all components separately to avoid scratches.
  3. Print your shipping label

Once the sale is confirmed, we’ll generate your shipping label and upload it to your buycycle profile.

You’ll find it in the sale overview—just download and print it.

  4. Drop off your package within 7 days

Take the packed item to the nearest drop-off point shown on the shipping label. The logistics provider will take care of the rest.
If the parcel isn’t dropped off within 7 days, the sale will be automatically canceled and the buyer refunded.

  5. Track your shipment

You can follow your shipment directly in your buycycle profile until it’s delivered.

  6. Get paid after delivery

As soon as the buyer confirms everything’s arrived safely, we’ll release your payment.
