How long does shipping take?

Domestic: Your bike should arrive within approximately 7-15 business days. 

Intercontinental: Your bike should arrive within approximately 20 business days. This includes the customs process.

A buycycle Service Check adds 2-4 business days to the delivery period. 

Do you need your bike by a specific deadline? Please let us know as soon as possible.

    I bought a bike on 8/22/24.   The order confirmation says it will not ship until 10/9/2024.  How do I cancel this order?
