If the bike does not match the description in the sales listing, you can return the bike and receive a full refund. We will handle the return process and facilitate the refund with the seller.
The return process usually takes between 5-10 business days.
Please note that a correctly stated but mismatched size is not a valid reason for a return. If the bike has minor undisclosed defects that are easy to repair, we will cover the repair costs.
Return requests and repair requests must be submitted to us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48 hours of receiving the bike, along with photos of the defects.
