How can I be sure I'll receive payment?

After your bike is sold, payment from the buyer has already been collected and is processed by our payment provider. Once the bike is shipped and the buyer confirms delivery—no later than 48 hours after arrival—your payment will be ready to transfer to your bank account with just one click. Your payment is secure from start to finish!
