When will my bike arrive?

If you are a US buyer purchasing from a seller in the EU 

1. The seller confirms the sale and receives packaging materials.
2. The seller schedules the pickup and our carrier picks up the bike.
3. Your bike is received at our Munich HQ or export hub in the Netherlands for processing.
4. Your customs documents are prepared.
5. Your bike ships from the export hub to your US delivery address.

From the time you place the order, your bike should arrive within 20 days. 

If you are a US buyer purchasing from a US seller 

1. The seller confirms the sale and receives the packaging materials.
2. The seller schedules the pickup and our carrier picks up the bike.
3. Your bike ships directly to you. 

While we can't provide a specific estimated delivery date until the final leg in the journey, we're committed to delivering your bike in a timely manner and will provide shipping and tracking updates along the way.
