Premium Service Check - $199

• Cleaning and polishing

Carbon Safety Check - $299

• Cleaning and polishing
• 30-point safety inspection
• Drivetrain degreasing/lubrication
• Complete tune-up, brake bleed
• 1-year warranty extension, repairs up to $75 included

Note: the carbon frame ultrasound machine is not available for bikes sold by US sellers. 

Race Ready Check - $449

• Deep clean in a professional washing station incl. ultrasonic cleaning of the drivetrain
• Degreasing and lubrication of the drive train
• Replace chain, cassette, brake pads, and grip tape if more than 40% wear and tear
• Brake bleed
• 30-point safety inspection
• Repairs up to $150 included
• Complete inspection & adjustment including report

buycycle warranty: If issues arise within the warranty period, we'll take care of the repairs. The warranty covers repairs of the frame, fork, wheels, and the complete shifting group including brakes. Wear parts such as tires or chains are excluded for normal wear.

Wear parts include Tires, chain, cassette, tube, handlebar tape/grips, brake pads, brake discs, chainring.

Service Locations

If your seller is located in Europe, your bike will be serviced in Europe. 

If your seller is located in the. US, your bike will be serviced by our US-based mechanic.
