Pick up your item in person and test it first

You can pick up a bike or bike part directly from the seller—and test it before you decide.

Here’s how it works:

1. At checkout, choose the pickup option: Pick up from seller.
   
2. Once the seller accepts the sale, we’ll send you their contact details.
3. Arrange a time to meet and check out the item in person.

After the test ride or inspection

• If you want to go ahead: You can confirm the sale in your profile.
• If you change your mind: In case you tested the item and is not what you are looking for, simply decline the sale in your buycycle profile. You will automatically be refunded. For credit card payments, we’ll cancel the charge right away. For other methods, we’ll refund you immediately.
