Buying from a private seller
You can download a receipt directly from your buycycle profile. Simply open the chat for your order and click on View order progress.
In the top right corner, you’ll see an option to Print invoice for your order. This document is sufficient to insure your bike.
If the seller mentioned that the original invoice is available, feel free to send them a message to request it after the sale is completed.
Buying from a commercial seller
If you bought your bike from a commercial seller, they’ll send the invoice directly to your inbox.
