How long does shipping take?

buycycle connects you with private sellers across North America and Europe.

Your bike's journey begins once the seller has packaged and shipped your order.

Please note that tracking information will not be immediately available, as the seller chooses the ship date and it takes approximately one week for the seller to receive packaging materials. 

Shipping Time Frames

Domestic

1. The seller confirms the sale and schedules a pickup.
2. The seller received the packaging material and prepares the bike for shipping.
3. Our shipping partner picks up the bike.
4. Your bike ships directly to you via UPS Ground. 

Shipping typically takes 7-15 business days. A buycycle Service Check adds 2-4 business days to the delivery period. 

Intercontinental 

1. The seller confirms the sale and schedules a pick up.
2. The seller received the packaging material and prepares the bike for shipping.
3. Our shipping partner picks up the bike.
4. Your bike passes through customs. 
5. Your bike is received at one of our export hubs for processing.
6. Your bike ships from the export hub to your delivery address.

Your bike should arrive in 20 business days, after the customs process.

Your order is handled by one of our shipment partners, including UPS, FedEx/TNT, DHL, or Skynet/Go.

buycycle Service Check

Purchasing a premium service check or other service adds another 3-5 business days to the overall shipping time frame.
