Shipping time for bikes

buycycle connects you with private sellers across North America and Europe. Your bike's journey starts once the seller has packaged and shipped your order.

Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately.

Domestic

  1. The seller confirms the sale and schedules a pickup. The pickup date displayed in your profile.
  2. The seller receives the packaging materials and prepares the bike for shipping.
  3. Our shipping partner picks up the bike.
  4. Your bike is shipped directly to you.

Estimated shipping time after pickup is between 5 and 10 business days.

Intercontinental

  1. The seller confirms the sale and schedules a pickup.
  2. The seller receives the packaging materials and prepares the bike for shipping.
  3. Our shipping partner picks up the bike.
  4. Your bike passes through customs.
  5. Your bike is received at one of our export hubs for processing.
  6. Your bike ships from the export hub to your delivery address.

Your bike should arrive within 20 business days, after the customs process..

Shipping time for bike parts

Tracking Information:

You can find your tracking details in your buycycle profile. Tracking will be activated once the seller ships the parcel.

Delivery:

Your bike part will be delivered straight to your doorstep.

Shipping times:

Shipping times for bike parts vary based on the locations of both the buyer and the seller. Once the seller ships the bike part, domestic deliveries typically take about 2 to 5 business days. International shipping usually takes 4 to 7 business days.

If the seller does not drop off the parcel within 7 working days, the order will be automatically canceled, and you’ll receive a full refund.

Good to know!

  • Weekends and major national holidays are usually not included in transit time estimates.
  • Shipment partners: Your order will be handled by one of our trusted shipping partners, such as UPS, FedEx/TNT, DHL, or Skynet/Go.

Expedited shipping

We understand your desire to receive your bike quickly, but expedited shipping is not available.

buycycle connects individual buyers with sellers, so delivery time frames depend on the pickup date the seller selects.

Can you expedite my order on my behalf?

We can reach out to sellers to ask how soon they can ship your bike, but we can’t dictate the exact ship date. Sellers have a 3-week window to select a pickup date, which is at their discretion.

Is there a way to ensure faster shipping?

Unfortunately, we can't force sellers to expedite beyond their availability.

What about international shipments?

For international shipments, we work with third-party logistics partners, which makes it challenging to expedite deliveries from Europe to the USA and Canada.

What if I need a bike urgently?

If you need a bike for a race or special event, reach out to us before placing your order. We can ask the seller directly how soon they can ship the bike, providing you with a more accurate estimate based on their availability before you commit to purchasing.
