Understanding tracking status

You can expect to receive a tracking number once the bike is picked up from the seller. This link might lag a few hours behind, as we are dependent on our logistics partners systems.

Note: the seller needs time to receive packaging material and prepare your bike for shipment, so tracking information won’t be immediately available.

Once your purchase is confirmed by the seller and the sale is final, we'll send you an email notification. This email includes important details about your purchase and provides an estimated delivery timeline, based on the pick-up date, scheduled by the seller.

The shipping process and the estimated delivery time relies on several factors, such as the seller's speed in packing the bike and scheduling the pickup, and the distance between the seller's location, and your delivery address.
