tracking your order

You can track the progress of your order in your account under Orders.

  1. Go to the specific order you want to track.
  2. Check the current status of your order.

The tracking link will become active once the order is on its way. This happens once the bike has been successfully picked up or the bike part has been dropped off. Please note, tracking information might take a few hours to update, as it depends on our logistics partners' systems.

Why isn't tracking info available right away?

Tracking information won’t be available immediately after purchase because the seller needs time to pack the order and ship it.
