When can you return your item?

We focus on making sure your purchase meets your expectations rather than offering blanket returns. A Buyer Protection claim for a return is valid in the following cases:

1. The size listed doesn’t match the item you received.
2. There’s significant damage that affects safety (confirmed by our experts).
3. The item is counterfeit and can’t be traced to a manufacturer.

Please note that all returns must be confirmed by buycycle. We’ll review your case and decide if a return is valid.
