What is Buyer Protection?

When you purchase a bike on our platform, you are charged a 5.5% Buyer Protection fee. This fee goes towards supporting the services we provide buyers, including:

  • Return protection: If the bike you receive doesn't match the ad description or arrives damaged, you can return it for a full refund. 
  • Repair reimbursement: If a bike arrives damaged or inaccurately described, we'll reimburse you for the costs of repair. Just submit your receipt for approval. Note: we can only cover repair costs up to the full bike purchase amount. 
  • Platform services: The Buyer Protection fee helps fund the services we provide as a platform. This includes secure payment processing, messaging systems, review and reputation management, and resolution to disputes.
