How do I talk to buyers?

Use your buycycle Inbox for all your messages. Your Inbox is found in your profile.

In your Inbox, you can talk directly with buyers: Discuss details about your bike, share photos, accept offers, and make counter offers.

Buyers value prompt communication. Responding quickly to questions about your bike will help keep buyers interested, and help sell your bike faster.

Never share your personal information in the conversation. Any attempt will be automatically blocked. Violations of our Terms of Service will result in chat disabling.

Do not click on links leading outside of our platform. We would never ask you to verify bank details, etc., in a chat.
