How do I ship the bike?

We've partnered with UPS and packaging suppliers to make shipping as easy as possible.

Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. We Ship the Box: Your box will arrive within about a week.
2. Assemble the Box: Follow the instructions to assemble the box.
3. Pack Your Bike: Disassemble and pack your bike securely.
4. Ship Your Bike: Wait for your scheduled pickup date or drop off your packaged and labeled bike at your local UPS store.

• Box Assembly Instructions 

Once the box is assembled, select the appropriate video based on the box you received:

• Click Here: Large Box (for mountain bikes or large road bikes)
• Click Here: Medium Box (for most road bikes under 56cm)

Bikeflight boxes come with an Essential Packing Materials Kit, including:

• 2 Splined dropout spacers (accommodates nine standard axle lengths)
• 2 Foam triangles
• 8 Pinch clips
• 4 Axle protectors
• 4 Bungees

Important: Supplementary Packaging Material

Proper supplementary packaging materials, such as foam padding and zip ties, are required to safely package the bike and prevent damage during shipping. Failure to properly package the bike could result in a damage claim against your sale, potentially delaying or suspending your payment.
