I want to pick up the bike. How does that work?

Here's how:

1. During checkout, select the Pick up from seller option.

2. Once the seller confirms the sale, we’ll send you their contact details. You can also share your contact details in the chat, as the chat restriction will be lifted.

3. Schedule time to meet the seller. You can test ride, then decide if you want the bike.

After the test ride:

• If you take the bike: We’ll email you a link to confirm the sale. 
• If you don’t take the bike: Use the same link to cancel the sale. 

You can also navigate to your buycycle profile and accept or decline the handover in the Order section.
