Community rules for private messaging on buycycle

We encourage buyers and sellers to talk before a purchase or sale is made. However, for your own safety, you must follow buycycle's community guidelines.

• Never share your phone number, email address, home address, or any other sensitive information, including your credit card or other payment details.
• buycycle will never ask you to fill in your payment details outside of our app or website. Anyone asking you to do so should be reported immediately.
• Never click a link that leads outside of buycycle.
• Insults and derogatory terms will automatically be blocked.

Report any violations of our community guidelines immediately. If our community guidelines are violated, the chat will be closed, and the buycycle account could be permanently suspended.
