Find the right bike, bike part, or sports equipment

Talk to the seller
Before you place your order, send a message via your buycycle inbox if you have questions. Descriptions and photos can vary—double-check the item's condition and components with the seller directly.
Make an offer or buy directly
You’ve got two options:

Buy directly if the price works for you.
Wait for seller confirmation
Once you’ve placed the order, the seller has 48 hours to confirm. Your payment will already be authorized (or withdrawn, depending on the method). If the seller declines, you’ll get a full refund.
Shipping
For bikes, we schedule a pickup
The seller sets the pickup date directly upon confirmation. You can find the date in your order history in your buycycle profile—this gives you a rough idea of when the bike will arrive.
Seller prepares the bike
Before the bike can be shipped, it needs to be packed. The seller receives buycycle packaging to ensure the bike arrives safely. Shipping the box to the seller usually takes 4–5 business days.
For bike parts & sports equipment
The seller receives a shipping label and has 7 days to drop the parcel off at the post office.
Your order is on the way
You can track your order in real time via the Orders section or directly in your buycycle inbox, where you can stay in touch with the seller.
Check the order on arrival
After delivery, you’ve got 48 hours to confirm everything’s in order. If something’s off, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Learn what to do here.
