Update your account info
Need to update your personal information like your address, email, or phone number? Here’s how:
- Log Into Your Account: Use your login details to access your buycycle account.
- Go to Personal Details: Navigate to the “Personal Details” section.
- Update Your Info: Change your address, email, phone number, or any other details. Make sure to save your changes.
Want to change your password?
It’s easy! Just follow these steps:
- Log Into Your Account: Use your current login details.
- Go to Personal Details: Once logged in, navigate to the “Personal Details” section.
- Click “Change Password”: Click on the “Change password” option and follow the prompts to set a new one.
Manage your notifications
Too many notifications? Here’s how to adjust them:
- Go to Notification Settings: Log into your account and head to the “Notification Settings” section.
- Select What You Want to Receive: Choose the types of updates you’d like from us. Customize it to fit your preferences.
Adjust saved search notifications
If you’re getting too many notifications about saved searches, here’s a tip:
- Refine Your Saved Search: Narrow down your search criteria. For example, if you saved a broad search for “Trek” bikes, you may get too many updates. Making your search more specific will give you more relevant notifications.
Unsubscribe from our newsletter
If you’d like to unsubscribe from our newsletter:
- Simply scroll to the bottom of any newsletter email and click “Unsubscribe.” Please note, this means you’ll miss out on exclusive discounts and offers.
How to delete your account
We’re sad to see you go! If you want to delete your profile, here’s how to do it. But before deleting your account, make sure you don’t have any open sales. Active sales could cause issues with the deletion process.
- Check for Open Sales: Ensure you have no active sales or transactions on your profile.
- Log Into Your Account: Use your login details to access your buycycle account.
- Go to Personal Details: Once logged in, navigate to the “Personal Details” section.
- Scroll to the Bottom: At the bottom of the page, you’ll see the option to delete your account.
- Click “Delete Account”: Click the “Delete account” button, and your profile will be permanently removed. All your ads will be deactivated immediately.
