How do I delete my buycycle profile?

We’re sad to see you go! If you want to delete your profile, here’s how to do it.

Before deleting your account, please make sure you don’t have any open sales. Having open sales could lead to issues with your profile deletion.

Steps to Delete Your Account:

  1. Check for Open Sales: Ensure you have no active sales or transactions on your profile.
  2. Log Into Your Account: Use your current login details to access your buycycle account.
  3. Go to Personal Details: Once logged in, navigate to the “Personal Details” section.
  4. Scroll to the Bottom: At the bottom of the page, you’ll see an option to delete your account.
  5. Click “Delete Account”: Click on the “Delete account” button, and your profile will be permanently removed. All your ads will be deactivated immediately.
