Why was my listing declined?

We understand it can be frustrating to have your bike listing declined after taking the time to create it. Unfortunately, some bikes may not fit our marketplace criteria. Here are some of the most common reasons for rejection:

Common Reasons for Rejection:

• Bike Type: We currently focus on road bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes, and triathlon bikes. If your bike doesn’t fall into one of these categories, the ad might be declined.
• Fake or Replica Bikes: Counterfeit products are prohibited for sale in Germany, so any listings marked as fake or replicas will be declined.
• Duplicate Listings: If the same bike is listed multiple times, duplicate listings may be rejected.

Common Mistakes to Avoid:

Even if your bike fits our marketplace, here are some common mistakes that could prevent your listing from going live:

• The images don’t match the bike's make or model.
• No images were included in your listing.
• Screenshots and Stock photos are not allowed; Please upload real photos of the bicycle.
• There is no photo of the complete bicycle.
• Photos are of low quality or poorly lit.
