listing guide for commercial sellers

At buycycle, we focus on pre-owned bikes—but new bikes are welcome too. Just make sure to use real photos of the actual bike for every listing. Screenshots and stock images aren’t allowed.

During the listing process, describe the bike’s condition, mention any parts that have been swapped, and double-check all components. Mismatched parts are the top reason for returns, so accuracy here really matters.

We currently accept:

  • Road, gravel, mountain, and triathlon bikes
  • Frames and frame sets
  • Bike parts & accessories

We don’t accept:

  • City bikes
  • Kids' bikes
  • Cargo bikes
  • Trekking bikes

Why you need to use real photos

Bikes with real images sell faster and more reliably.

Because buycycle focuses on pre-owned bikes, buyers need to see the actual condition—scratches, wear, or upgrades. This applies even if your bike is brand new. Stock photos aren’t allowed, even if your bikes are still in boxes. Thanks for understanding!

Can I list multiple sizes for the same model?

No, each bike size needs its own listing with its own set of photos.

This applies to used bikes and demo models alike.

Bulk uploads

We don’t support CSV or bulk uploads at the moment.

Each listing needs to be created manually.
