Prefer using your own box?
No problem—you can use your own packaging if it meets the following requirements:
- Sturdy and secure: The box must be clean, undamaged, and strong enough to protect your bike during shipping. Avoid patched-together or worn boxes.
- Correct size: You’ll see the required box dimensions in your sale overview. Sticking to these ensures your shipment is accepted by the carrier.
