Don’t worry if you missed the delivery of your order—here’s what to do next to receive your new items as soon as possible.

For bikes

Bikes are shipped via a freight carrier and need a signature upon delivery. If you’re not home when the carrier arrives, they’ll usually try again automatically on the next working day.

Always check your tracking link. Some carriers let you:

  • See the next delivery attempt

  • Choose a new delivery date

  • Contact their support to reschedule directly

For bike parts and smaller items

These items are usually shipped with standard parcel services. If you’re not available:

  • You can often give drop-off permission directly through the tracking link

  • Or redirect the package to a pickup point nearby

The tracking link will show you all all updates and rescheduling options.
