Which are your fees for buyers?

You can view the breakdown of fees during the checkout process. After you've added a bike to your cart and selected your delivery method, the system will show an itemized list of costs associated with your purchase, before your payment is made. This includes the cost of the bike, taxes (if applicable), fees and optional tune up service (if selected). This way, you can easily understand what you're paying for, and there are no surprise charges.

Buycycle Fee:

All transactions on our platform include a buycycle fee. This fee is crucial for the buycycle Buyer Protection. This service is designed to ensure that the bike you receive matches its description in the listing. If there are any discrepancies, we facilitate the return of the bike to the seller at no additional cost to you, and you receive a full refund.

If you are based in the US and buying a bike from Europe, we also charge an "Import fee", to take care of the shipping process and prepare the documents to import the bike to the US via our partner on your behalf.
