Shipping a bike to a buyer can seem daunting, but at buycycle, we've simplified this process for our sellers to ensure that it is as smooth and straightforward as possible. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Confirming the Purchase
Once a buyer has chosen shipping for their order and completed the payment process, you, as the seller, will receive a notification to confirm the purchase. This is an essential step because we understand that you may have listed your bike on other platforms and it could already be sold. We recommend confirming the sale on buycycle as soon as possible to ensure a quick transaction.
Step 2: Receiving the Packaging Material
After you confirm the purchase, buycycle will dispatch the necessary packaging materials to your address. This includes a sturdy bike box and protective elements to safely secure your bike for transit. We do this to ensure the bike is well-protected during its journey, reducing the risk of any transport damages.
Step 3: Scheduling the Pick-up
Once you have confirmed whether you need packaging material or not, the pick-up can be scheduled according to your convenience. This service is available in all regions we serve.
If you prefer to drop off your package at one of the UPS access points in the US, please email email@example.com
Step 4: Transferring Your Payment
As soon as your bike has been picked up by the shipping company, the payment is released. You can then see the funds in your buycycle account. To access these funds, simply request a transfer from your buycycle account to your registered bank account. Please note that the transfer process usually takes 1-2 working days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Our goal at buycycle is to provide a secure and hassle-free marketplace for bike enthusiasts. By simplifying the shipping process, we help you reach a larger pool of buyers while ensuring your bike is safely delivered to its new owner. If you have any questions about the shipping process or require further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
